1. General Provisions
FreelanceLedger is operated by a sole proprietor at 100 Queen’s Park Crescent West, Toronto, ON M5S 2C6, Canada. Business ID 993035313. Our team provides specialized assistance for self-employed individuals. Please read these terms carefully.
2. Services
We deliver personalized accounting and tax services for freelancers. Services include bookkeeping, tax preparation, and related consultation.
2.1 Fees and Scheduling
All fees are due in advance of service delivery. To schedule or reschedule a session, please inform us at least 48 hours before the appointment.
2.2 Refund Policy for Services
We strive to meet your needs. Refund and rescheduling options are as follows:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled start: full refund of service fees.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before scheduled start: 50% refund of service fees or the option to reschedule once at no extra charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled start or after work has begun: no refund due to allocated time and resources.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via Contact Us.
3. Information Products
Our digital products include guides, templates, and educational materials tailored for freelancers.
3.1 Delivery and Access
Access is granted immediately upon purchase. You will receive a download link or login credentials.
3.2 Refund Policy for Information Products
- Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of the content has been accessed.
- No refund available after 7 days or once access exceeds 10%, as digital content delivery is deemed complete.
Requests for refunds must be made via Contact Us. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Goods
We offer select physical items such as branded merchandise and office supplies.
4.1 Delivery and Inspection
Goods are shipped to the address you provide. Please inspect upon receipt.
4.2 Return Policy for Goods
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of returned goods.
5. No-Refund Services
Pre-recorded webinars and on-demand training modules are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to immediate access, these items are not eligible for refund.
